Video Edition Austria 01 Release
On January 31st 2002 Medienwerkstatt Wien presented a selection of films during the release event of the "Video Edition Austria 01" at the Kunsthalle Wien. "Actual Reality" by Holger Lang was among the projected work of this celebration. The "Video Edition Austria 01" has been presented internationally at many locations, galleries, museums and screenings.

"Actual Reality" in Graz
At the "Diagonale" Festival in Graz, Austria, Holger Lang's film "Actual Reality" had it's premiere on March 20th and was show a second time at the festival on March 25th 2001.
"urban.award" winner 2000
The film "Experimeter" won the main price in the category "documentary" of the "urban.award" competition sponsored by the city of Vienna. This price was handed over to Holger Lang at the MuseumsQuartier on November 27th 2000 and three days later the winning film was also presented on Austrian national televison.
"Mov-Cit-Ies" Event 1999
Three of the five parts of the piece "Four Songs" by Holger Lang were presented on November 14th and 21st 1999 at the "Kabelwerk Wien" as part of a program reflecting on architecture and space.
"In the Kitchen" - Diagonale 1998
The 22 minte long piece had its premiere at the "Diagonale"
festival for Austrian film in Graz on March 25th and was shown
again on March 28th. After the first screening the audience
discussed the film with the artist and was amused by his work.
Premiere of 35mm films in 1997
The three short experimental photo animations "Blue", Green"
and "Gold" had their public premiere at the Sunday "Matinee"
on the 16th of November 1997.
